1) Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change at any time without any prior notice, you are advised to check prices before putting an order.

2) Your order is taken into consideration as an order is fully paid, until then we can no longer take it into processing even if you have made partial payments.

3) If your order includes custom stitching service [which will cost extra], take a note that it will take 7-10 days extra depending upon the type of stitching.

4) We accept measurements on the website in addition to through mail, and we will confirm it with you before starting the stitching process, as soon as the products are stitched no adjustments could be made to it. Neither we can issue any kind of refund nor accept returns for custom stitched products.

5) We will not exchange or refund for custom stitched fits, sarees, lehenga OR other products.

6) To comply with the Indian government's new taxation policy [GST - Goods and Services Tax], All of our products will attract both 5% and 12% tax in keeping with the category they fall in.

7) If you do not claim your ordered products from the customs office OR the transport company by the timeframe they permit, we [aaradhyaa.in company aaradhyaa cott fab] will not be responsible for any losses accrued due to it.

8) Within the first 4-5 days of your order processing we will check for the availability of all your product and any of them aren't available we will inform you, and you may choose for Refund / Replacement.

9) For any order without custom stitching service we want 7-10 business working days to process and with stitching service we need 15-20 running days to process

10) All orders are final, and we do not offer refunds OR replacements thereafter.

11) Colors of products may slightly vary from the product images due to light effects and digital photography 

12) if the customer is making payment through scanning QR code or UPI payment with scanning QR code then our concern department may ask customer to send us a screenshot of payment and transaction id, after confirmation of receiving payment the order will be processed for dispatch.
